The Unknown

Am I suppose to be single?
Is it meant to be?
Am I suppose to just mingle?
Or is something going to be?

I can't tell what is going on!
Am I suppose to be single yet happy?
Everything seems to be going on
Yet all I'm becoming is sappy!

All the tears are starting to fall!
Iâ??m trying to hold them back
Even when you call,
The love I had begins to slack!

Each day I die a little more
Can you even tell?
Itâ??s going out the door.
And my heart enters the cell.

To lock it away,
And never look back,
Itâ??s there to stay
Yet you want to have it back?

What is this between us?
Why does it hurt me so?
I think Iâ??ll take a bus,
And head for the unknown!
