Winter upon us. (Lento)

by Steven Beesley   Nov 7, 2007

Winter upon us:

Exposed bare branches dance in the wind
Disposed leaves lay on the ground
Closed out from the warmth of the sun
Imposed upon us the cold all around

Cool winds ushering the call of winter
Cruel harsh chilly nights chastise the heart
Yule tide cheer will soon be in the air
Who'll be brave to sing a tune and start

I love winter so this was right ip my alley. You did a excellent job. Imagery is excellent as are the word choices. The flow is great. I can almost feel the wind and the cold biting wind. Can't wait to see the snowflakes flying :)
    Awesome.
