Infatuated

by RB   Nov 7, 2007

Heart breaks, heart bleeds, heart burns, heart beats.

Seeping through, tears of blood, life continues, I come undone.

Conquering the many fears, struggling against the only will.

Captured by the inner soul, saw something that I wanted to know.

Now to find the inner truth, friendships all I see in you.

Strung me along, walked the road, I held on tight, wouldn't let go.

Never truly let me in, tried so hard, I thought I'd win.

Lose I did, but now I see, what I saw in you will never be.

Now comes the time, I will let go, my fingers will release the soul.

Loved you once, never again, infatuation comes to an end.
