Pregnancy Test. [Free Verse]

by DeathlyAmore   Nov 7, 2007

I hold your hand with perspiration on my palms,
Drops of sweat that flow from my cheek.
Aware of what I am waiting for; Nervously,
I shake, tremble before the tube glaring at me.

We wait together in anticipation,
Hoping, praying it doesn't come blue.
For our future lives are at steak,
& we wont be able to handle it.

My palms sweat as drops become more excessive,
& I wait & wait as the time kills me.
LORD help me, Son of David have mercy,
I can't do this, this is too much.

It will not reveal the color I wanted it to be.
Instead reveal of what I don't want it to be.
So do I want a baby...
Do I not want this baby?

I'll let this test decide...
This test decide...
Test decide...
Decide...

    Sam,

Just from reading this, I can tell that you've got alot of things going on. & I just wanted to let you know that if you ever need someone to talk to... I'm -always- here.
