Lost love by angelofyourheart

by Amanda   Nov 8, 2007

I wait for you to find me,
so i stay and look and see,
i am but a lost love,
and you are my white dove,

you are the light of day,
i wait for you to say,
that you know I'm the light of night,
i try to fight the thirst with all my might,

i look into your holy eyes,
and i know that i cannot lie,
then i tell you to wait and see,
and you said id wait for thee,

wake up and come to find me,
hidden under the little willow tree,
you gave me your heart,
i know it will start,

i left you alone,
all on your own,
scarlet tear streams fall,
then i hear you call,

you know that i have come,
so you sing a playful hum,
only to find that i am to go,
with the last fall of snow,

i leave you for darkness,
for my curse will condemn you,
you might think I'm dead,
I'm an immortal
