Center Stage

First inhale.
second exhale.

You can do this...
hear the audience's hiss?

They're waiting for you.
this feeling is new.

the anticipation. the excitement.

The mixed emotions in the air.
Your nerves are starting to flare.

The curtains begin to draw.
Your face is still at awe.

deep breath...

Bright lights shine in your face.
You know you're in the right place.

This is where you were meant to be
Even that you are able to see

The night is near the end.
You're glad you played pretend.

next a...
standing ovation.
what a wonderful sensation.

You are glad you played your part.
Acting is one hell of an art.
