Broken but healed

I opened my heart and i let you in
You promised you'd never love again
I took the chance a mistake to soon be found
You broke my heart and bruised it
buried it in the ground

ive cried over you way too much
My heart is still buried but i think i see the light
i know that what i have to do is get on with my life
