That one Old Photo

by Four Letter Lie   Nov 9, 2007

The old little photo,
lying on the floor.
I don't want it to be there anymore.
The little old photo,
Makes my eyes like glass,
From before you acted smart.

The little old photo,
In a box on my bed,
Can't get that memory out of my head.
The little old photo,
All I have left,
Worked hard to forgot the rest.

The little old photo,
Reminds me of you,
And all the crazy things we used to do.
The little old photo,
Ripped up on the floor,
I don't want to remember you anymore.

The little old photo,
now in the bin,
Wont let you win.
The little old photo,
Now its long gone,
I wont forget how you did me wrong.

5/5 Geez! That's amazing! I know exactly how that feels. I did basically that with the picture of my ex-boyfriend who decided to cheat on me with a girl at his school. Anyways....love the poem!

This poem reminded me of a situation I just got out of. My ex-boyfriend gave me this photo of him and I and that was all I thought about while reading the poem. It is a great poem! 5/5
