by Four Letter Lie Nov 9, 2007 category : Friendship, family / goodbye
You left on a cold winters day, The sun would not let out a ray. Going some where far from me, The distance felt longer then it could be. You two were good friends, Helped me out of tough ends. But then you left for that place, Now theres a broken smile on my face. You'll never know how much i cared, I'll always remember the memories we shared. But this poem is my final goodbye, Even if letting go isn't right. The last time I saw you, I really didn't want you to move. You said you would come back, But you never did, thats a fact. So I'll never see you again, So much for tight till the end. The two people who I cared about most, Now nothing but a memory ghost.
