Lost In Eternal Sorrow

by Nigel Oliver   Nov 9, 2007

Writhing pain, sardonic fright,
Lucid ambiance, all's darker than night.

Rains of death began to fill the sea, within me,
My heart fills with acrimony.

Drowning, lost, i set myself free,
My dreams unfulfilled are now lost in that sea.

I have now lost all that is me.
My heart's now filled with impurity.

From the distance within,
I heard a whisper of doom,

Emptiness is now my tomb,
I'll forever be lost in this eternal gloom.

Beautiful. Truly; words written, dripping with darkness. Your vocabulary may just exceed mine, and this poem shows an intriguing talent, that I wish to consume more of.
So, I will read more ...
But I'm often too lazy to comment.
