Distance Dosn't Matter

by Jessica   Nov 10, 2007

A million miles between
two strangers locked in misery
distance and space between these two souls
don't stand a chance to breaking their hopes

No matter what, they got their dreams
if the worst shall happen they will still be free
a million miles can't stop the mind
nothing can, not even time

how they meet if never seen?
coincidence it seems?
Not a chance at what took place
this was the work of the hands of fate

miserable day, joyful night
when they talk they see the light
maybe its wrong, maybe its right
if they could embrace, well they just might

* it might not make sense to you, but it makes much to me and that is what matters, for my inspiration came from a source that brings me much happiness and hope for the future days.*

I loved this poem esp since its cyber friendship, i have a really good friend thats over the computer and I love he rloike if she was my real sister or friend. They make you feel accepted like no one could ever understand! But thank you for writing this poem...it means so much...It made me smile because all the words are true. I feel miserible but then when i talk to Skye, shes on this website too, she understands me like no else can...<3
