Garden of the Mind

by NightFlyer   Nov 12, 2007

Jade mystic pond in mind's eye shimmering,
With its ghostly mist dream barriers,
Floating through an iridescent netherworld,
The silent shifting branches,
A garden passage in primeval hidden glory,
Garden of the mind,
Billowing forth in the brilliance of an endless dawn,
Riding high, I've entered your astral gates,
Past emerald trees shimmering in the mists of time,
Night garden world inviolate to all but a few,
A transfiguration beyond imagination's door.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed my poem. In my astral dream, I was flying over a mystical glowing green pond surrounded by a magical forest. I was so blown away by the dream, I decided to commemorate it with a poem.

Thank you Unknowing Eyes. This poem, from 1992, was my attempt to describe a dream I had.
