Canvas of Color

by Alexandra Jade Brewer   Nov 13, 2007

She took to her canvas
And painted all her thoughts
Every little wide spread emotion
Connecting all the dots

She couldn't control her strokes
As the colors took there place
She couldn't find a single flaw
The picture of pure grace

Glancing back at the past
And the pictures she used to form
Swirls of black and grey
Each canvas the image of a storm

Now the color blinds the eyes
The storm clouds blown away
Happiness moves in
And she hopes the new found love will stay
