2 lives gone forever

by Betsy   Nov 13, 2007

Sometimes I wish to see him again
To hear his voice calling my name
To see his eyes look at mine
To smell his scent when he's near me.
For him to call me his little girl when I need someone to cheer me up.
To hug me when I have a problem.
For him to take me to movies like he used to do.
To give me stuff without asking.
I want to have the happy feelings like other families do.
I want to be normal like every other girl, is.
Well I guess life isn't always happy, right.
There has to be at least something wrong right.
I want her back here with me.
to have her back in my arms again
to hear her laugh, To see her smile
For her to tell me the same things over and over again.
To smell her old scent when i hug her.
To touch her aged skin, To feel her face grin at me.
but they both went away never to return again.
This poem is dedicated to my father and my grandma.
