Batteries

by someone unknown   Nov 16, 2007

Enjoying ones solitude, staring at the ceiling creating stars for space,
Emptied mind such a desolate place,
Pains in my stomach grow, home made meal I'll never know

You're eyes wide open but you can't see?
Watch out for the darkness threatening your picture perfect reality?
What was once a "we" has become a "you" and "me"

Chewing on AAA batteries as Mercury starts to seep,
Forming shadows on the wall start to creep,
See inside me I'm not all there
Laughing out loud as if you care

Oh no Melissa your starting to change,
meanings in words you rearrange,
whats this I see, dyslexic and atheist as could be?

Close your eyes and begin to dream,
hide baby girl what you cant scream
