Each day painful without you

this line brought a tear from my eyes. whenever i read your sad poems i cry alot in my room. how sad these feelings.... why we cannt find in this world that what we want tooo...... oh my cindy ...

I knew what I was getting into upon reading your poem. Of course I cried as usual per reading your words of love and loneliness. Yes you can love and still be lonely, that's what breaks my heart. My prayer is that you will find solace in knowing that one glorious day you will be reunited.

Ohhhhh, this is filled with greatly expressed sadness that really touched me. Whole poem is greatly written, and it sounds like it's written straight from the heart. You did good job with rhymes, too and the flow of the whole piece is flawless.
My favorite stanza is:

-Dreams now have turned to dust
Eyes have cried endless tears
Hopes have died a million deaths
All because your no longer near-

Overall this was enjoyable read and deeply touching piece.

This speaks of the deepest pain. How unfair life is when we lose a loved one. I could not imagine how terrible it would be to lose my soulmate. My heart cries for you. The poem is written straight from the heart. The flow is good and can bring a tear to one's eye with utter sorrow.....

Cindy this title just breaks my heart. Though I don't know the exact feelings you have ... I know of some similar and the feeling that crushes our heart sometimes feels unbearable my friend.

Dreams now have turned to dust
Eyes have cried endless tears
Hopes have died a million deaths
All because your no longer near

This beginning stanza is heartbreaking. When both our dreams and hopes have been ripped from our very lives we wonder ... why ... and when we don't get an answer .... the tears never cease falling.

Why has life been so cruel
Ripping two souls apart
Leaving one to grieve alone
With a torn and broken heart

It is these times that we feel our hearts can
go on no longer. We feel alone and broken. This stanza portrays an image that breaks my heart hun.

The second line caught my breath and simply stole it away.
It is in these times that even breathing is difficult because we feel each and every breath like a dagger in our hearts.

Nights drag on forever
No shelter from the cold
Needing warmth from your arms
As I sit here growing old

I feel the impact of your pain in this last stanza dear heart.
You have taken the feelings from your beating heart and created a verse that not only tears at the reader's heart but makes one really think about the one's they love .... and it reminds one to tell their loved ones how much they really love them while they still can.
I know how difficult this must of been for you to write my dear friend but you have managed in your own unique way to send a little message to others within the lines of this piece.
