I'm the one who could make you stay,
But I didn't give it a chance,
Even though it's all I've been wanting,
To give us just one last dance.

I should have told you sooner,
Because then you might have stayed,
But I was a fool to let you go,
To my heart I have disobeyed.

On the outside I seem sad yet calm,
But on the inside my heart is screaming,
I just want to tell you, "I love you!"
