And it reminded me to call.
But I know I'd only be lying

I could say I heard this funny story
That I just had to share.

I could say I was going through photos
And saw you lying in the pile,
And it made me realize
I hadn't thought of you in a while.

But I know that I turned on that song
And the funny story was an excuse
I was purposely going through pictures
And I haven't been telling the truth.
