Only Our Hearts Know What "Our" Future Holds

Getting used to being loved was the easy part; Letting go is the part that kills me...
Hun, you failed to mention that you would become my everything;
[If only you felt what I felt we'd be perfect for each other now wouldn't we?]
Take a took in my eyes; Besides your reflection I know you can see my love for you;

Put your perfect hand against my chest and tell the world what you felt..
[A heart that has your name carved into it and beats for that very reason]
-I have hidden myself deep in music and the words that my soul release;
"I am getting to him, he finally feels the way I do; Missing me so much it drives you insane"

[It's been weeks since I have seen you but my love is as strong as it was this time last year]
Sweetie, I love life but that does not mean I don't miss you more everyday..
"I have found out that your that guy who no matter who I am with I still have a"thing" for you"
-I hope you always remember you always did bring out the best in me-

"Maybe one day we will both come back to fix up our broken love, but love until that day I am long gone"

    Ahh that was amazing! You know how to make long sentenced poetry flow flawlessly. I could relate with the emotions you decribed here.

    ^These two lines were unique and just blew me away...totally relatable.

    It's definately hard to lose love and it stays with you forever, and you'll always have a space for that person in your heart. I think we often times want to fix a once broken love, but I believe we should just move on, there's a reason it didn't work out. Great job as always 5/5 GG23
