Living a lie everyday
wearing false smiles
as people come my way

i laugh like everythings fine
hiding my tears and shame

i never hold anyone close
im afraid i'll push them away

tell me the truth

i can be easily read as a book
but there are pages thats been tored, thrown away

pages that will never be read
