Note: this poem is about this girl I like and there's a guy trying to compete with me... His account name in this site called "friendster" is "LOVE ME" so that's how i call him...

I may not be "love me,"
But I am Jan "Mari,"
There I said my name,
Even though it's such a shame...

I may not be so flirty,
But you know my mind is dirty,
I'd make jokes just to make you smile,
Even though it's not my style...

I may not be "emo,"
As I'd like to think,
Those are the kind of guys
you'd want to date...

With black eye liner,
You find it so cool,
For me they look scarier,
Especially if they have
many piercings in their ear...

I can't put such make-up,
I'm already black,
No need to paint my face,
I don't want to have
a clown's face...

I may not be "love me,"
But I am Jan "Mari,"
I only write you poems,
And maybe "HE" writes you songs...

I am who I am,
I'm sincere that you'll always be
