Inner hell

by Fredy   Nov 20, 2007

Walking down closer to hell,
a path that I've gotten to know well.
as i pass i hear screaming souls,
i see the sinners, demons and ghouls.
walking this endless stairway,
down here there is no night there is no day.

it takes one roll of a dice,
just a moment to realize,
this hell is inside of me,
i know not how it came to be....
my reality has just been bent.
and i know not how this will end.

these demons want to get out,
behind a calm facade i struggle and let go of a shout.
and resting here in my bed,
it seems good enough: a bullet to the head.
it shall put me to the rest,
I'm sorry, i hope it's for the best

A lot of passion and dark emotion was put into this one. It was simple, clear and concise and it reminded me of my own angers and fears. 5/5
