I`ve Got a Little Something for You

I`ve got a little something for you Baby,
Been keeping it for a night like tonight,
So put down your suitcase, follow me;
You can afford to miss this one flight.

All of those business trips out of town,
Weren`t really business related at all,
And all of the memories I try to drown,
No longer seem insignificant and small.

You feed me these words with a spoon,
Hoping that I`ll swallow them whole,
Saying you`ll be coming home soon,
Not thinking about the time you stole.

And this path you`ve stumbled off on,
I hope it leads you straight through,
`Cuz when you get home, I`ll be gone;
Tumbling through my path away from you.
