My Heart Will Go On

by Taylor   Nov 22, 2007

Staring over the edge, thinking of taking the chance
Of leaping out of my life, it's time to dance
The winds are blowing, and the ship is rocking
And at the minute, I find our eyes locking
The ballroom floor is cover with broken glass
All this confusion is soon going to pass
The guys are screaming and the girls are crying
Their witnessing the love of their life actually dying
The ship is going as fast as it can, and we're all shaking
We're all afraid of dying, of our hearts breaking
Running around the deck, our souls beating fast
Breathing so hard, the oxygen might not last
All of the sudden the ship turns, and you watch me crash
I hit the floor, and your there in a flash
I'm unconscious, but I can still hear your voice
For once in my life, it's actually my choice
I can live with the hurt, or die with the love
For once in my life it's everything I'm scared of
It's pitch black out, but the lights are shimmering
The moms hold their children, while they're quivering
2 AM in the morning, I open my eyes
I can hear everyone screaming, I can hear their cries
The pressure is fulfilling, and I can see the light
Everyone has stars in their eyes, it's no longer night
The song starts playing, and everything goes slow
Like my excuse from before, it's all from my Halo
I drift away, knowing I got over you, and now I'm gone
I wake up to realize, My Heart Will Go On
