he loves me not

Every day I play the game
over again hoping it will
come out my way, that
for once he'll say
he loves me.

That we were meant to be...
Now I'm in despair because
he doesn't even care.

it seems only yesterday
you took your last bow,
but I didn't want the show
to end.

All I ever wanted was for you
too mend my broken heart,
to give me another start,
to heal the soul you once ripped
apart.

I enjoyed the month you were
by my side,now when I look back
all I can do is cry.You caught my
soul once so which is it now?
