A narrow road off a-far

by ben thompson   Nov 23, 2007

A narrow road off a-far, hidden away in scenery fair.
My heart has searched you with longing in a dreamy stare.

A narrow road off a-far, through sprawling hills your turns wind.
A crutch for the violence and hate we endure in these worst of times.

A narrow road off a-far, leading to heavens location unknown.
I pray to dwell in supple valleys, nature's beauty my new home.

A narrow road off a-far, your shrouded path I've finally found.
Ignorance cast a-side by life's wisdom, I now head homeward bound.
