That Cowgirl

by Ms Stacy   Nov 24, 2007

I have no one to blame for all that has gone wrong, no one to blame for all that I've done, no one to blame for her walking out but me...

She was more then I deserve and more then I could ever earn, that cowgirl knows how to love with a passion that no comparison.
And now she's gone, gone, gone.....long gone.

I have no one to blame for all that has gone wrong, no one to blame for all that I've done, no one to blame for her walking out but me...

I treated her bad and she couldn't take it anymore, sometimes I wonder how she handled me at all.
She took that white horse I tried to ride in on and rode it like a pro. She's a cowgirl and she deserves to be treated good....but I sure miss her love.

I have no one to blame for all that has gone wrong, no one to blame for all that I've done, no one to blame for her walking out but me...

I saw her one day from a distance, missing her was driving me crazy. She was with a man who did all that I couldn't and who didn't just leave her with suspicions. That smile I did so much to force away was there...and it made me stop and think....

I have no one to blame for all that has gone wrong, no one to blame for all that I've done, no one to blame for her walking out but me...
No one to blame but me.

In memory of my ex-husband, one of the few conversions that we had inspired me to write this.
