It's not supposed to go like that

You arent there for me anymore,
When I need you most,
These new people,
Just seem more important to you,
Putting them first before anyone,
It hurts when people change,
But you changed beyond,
Barely the same person,
I dont even know anymore,
I dont understand,
All this makes me sad,
Ive always been one,
To never forget the past,
Sometimes wishing I could,
Then I wouldnt remember,
When you were different,
When we were closer,
It all seems like a dream now.
