His friends were scared
his life was closing
his mom was crying
and he was dieing
he said that it would be alright
he said he had lost the fight
he knew how much he'd be missed
but this is how it had to end
she was there beside him

his fingers purple
everything said it was over.

she wondered how she could go on
when he wasn't there with her

and now her life was gone
she died inside
and cried outside
they tried to comfort her
but it only brought more tears
how could she believe that

were right in front of her
facing her, daring her

her by his grave
