Ear bud in my ear,
Siting and thinking,
Grooving slow to the musical beat in my head,
singing softly under my breath,
these new emotions slowly arise as the music plays,
her tempo so perfect,
The feeling you get when you listen,
I put my heart into it,
To reach that hype of a vocal cord,
tear's start to fall,
I've never felt so alive when I listen & sing to this smooth,upbeat music,
her voice so peaceful,
but meaningful,
I've found my anti drug,
been singing most my life,
A bit shy, but until now I never realized what a gift this is...
