Great job on a difficult poetry form. The imagery is great with good rhyme and flow. The sadnees can befelt by the reader.

Stolen moments sing like a sad lullaby,
And I cant help but wipe a tear from my eye.
Like broken melodies they play in my ear,
And its your sweet voice that I cant help but hear

I love these lines so heartfelt and moving. The memories love leaves in our hearts. So painful yet they are the ones our minds dwell on.
