Firelight

by Jemma   Nov 27, 2007

Above the Furness, with oak held tight beneath
There is the golden highway, flighty nectar racing on,
Returning to the gods, the stolen sentinels rise
There's the crackle of a brief kiss, a hiss of satisfaction
Watching on as the flickering dancers prance before our merried eyes
Enjoying the sensation as heat and warmth engulf us
As we play against the deities
Firelight,
