Hope is nothing but pain and lies
It keeps you waiting hopelessly
But hope wont take away your cries

Hope is a myth and easily deceiving
Its a wish that will never come true
But that wont stop you from believing

Hope can save a life
But it wont be long before you realize
Hope didnt take away your strife

Hope is trusting that something will get better
But once something is bad things will never alter
Hope is just a heartache we all have to endeavor
