It's a good poem. But, I hope that you can find something else to do. I know how hard it is. I have cut for 5 years. But, I hope you can find something else to do. Write poems. It helps. Honestly, poetry helps more than cutting. I still have the erge today, but poetry is so much better than cutting. So, keep up the good work on your poems.

It was a nice poem, it didn't flow too well though. But the point was nice. I really hope you can overcome your problem, trust me I know how you feel.
