Emptyness

Everything in my heart has gone
And shall not come back
All this happened
Because of how I act

But now that feeling
Of emptiness is here
I’m down
But I show not one tear

This feeling has taken over
And my heart seems so cold
Am I gonna be weak?
Or am I gonna be bold?

Can I fight this?
Will I be strong?
I felt like this
All along

Now I feel alone
Like a person living on the street
And when I want to change
The choice lies right here by my feet

The effort I had
Has been fading away
Now its gone
And there is not anything left to say
