I love this. I freakin' love this. It's so different from your other poems. Plus, it's a love poem and I haven't read many love poems by you. :)
The entire poem was amazing. But the last two lines of the third stanza, you didn't use punctuation (sp?) like you did in the rest of the poem... So, you might want to fix that. Haha. I know I'm picky.
The emotions were strong, the flow was flawless, and the vocabulary was impeccable.

"Take a deep look into my eyes, now tell me what you see,
Depression, insecureness, is that what you see in me?"
