She cannot stop her tears of pain
They just keep coming again and again
She just wants to be out of her life
She cannot bear all this strife
But they won't let her free, they won't let her go
She has to hide just to be alone
So she thinks of a way she can stop her tears
She has thought of a way to drive back her fears
She takes a knife, it connects to her skin
She loves how it feels, she does it again
She lets the blod fall free, like the tears from her eyes
It drips to the floor as the moments pass by
Long sleeves and sweaters hide the cuts she has made
Every time she cuts, the fears go away
But, she cut in too deep, sh hit a vein
She falls to the floor, writhing in pain
"This can't be happening," she wants to stay alive
"I'll be a good girl, I won't ever hide."
But her eyes slowly close, her lungs freeze in place
Her heart stops to beat, there's blood on her face
