A Broken Chain

by Alexandra Jade Brewer   Dec 14, 2007

Pull harder on that chain
Pull until its strained
Because where there was a little rust
You broke down all my trust

I am not the only one to blame
As you seem to exclaim
"Its your fault out friendships broken"
Treating it like some plastic token

But friendships are not cheap
And ours was one I want to keep
The chain may have needed repair
And your acting like I don't care

So,
Pull harder on that chain
Pull until its strained
Because where there was a little rust
You broke down all my trust

    Noticed a spelling error on the line;

And outs was one I want to keep

part from that though, it was an interesting poem to read. Losing Trust in any relationship is maybe the one thing that can lead to a relationship breakdown.

  • Aw, this put a smile on my face. =] I really loved this one!

    "So,
