Slap me Across the Face Why Dont you

by Alexandra Jade Brewer   Dec 14, 2007

Bye bye... easily spoken words
But who would ever know
That behind those simple words
Someone was stooping low

There was a hidden message
In what you were saying
Apparently I destroyed our friendship
And now you have me begging

But I guess I have to accept the facts
I cannot change any hidden mistakes
I'm sorry a million times over
...but maybe everybody needs breaks

A slap across my face
As our friendship ended
I still don't know what I did so wrong
Goodbye to someone I always defended

You hurt me more then you will ever know
Completely destroyed all my trust
But right now all I want
Is a friendship that's a must

I think this,I understand how ya feel, but honestly, sometimes in a so called "friendship" you thinking it's all your fault,if you feel you did nothing wrong,or honestly didn't do anything wrong, the case normally is the other one's fault not yours. I went threw that with a few friends from high school,it's hard for awhile but you'll get over it and realize that you need someone better, even if that seems impossible. great job. 5/5. :)
