The Fairy Godfather

by RainbowSlider   Dec 15, 2007

Once upon a time in a far away land
The Godfather tried to lend a hand.
The Godmother was having much stress
Brought on by the Godfather and PMS.

She told her husband she couldn't go;
She had dependents and he should show.
The Godfather tried to get out of it
But the Godmother through a real fit.

Reluctantly the Godfather did give in
His reasoning was that he couldn't win.
He donned her wings and her magic wand
Knowing well that he had been conned.

He thought well they can come to him
But the Godmother said you go to them.
He tried her wings but he couldn't fly
One small girl saw him and she did cry.

What's wrong he asked the little girl?
Don't you have Godfathers in your world?
Yes, but aren't all the fairies female?
He tried to answer but not very well.
