An Unmastered Creation

Let's see what you created
The few things that you have drawn
Though, many come from the heart
And you're finally so far gone

I waited like a rock
You stood there like stone
Breathing down my neck
Chilling me to the bone

Lost, trying to find myself again
You reached out your giving hand
But just like the rock on the beach
I so slowly slipped through the sand

You wanted to know what I was about
Everything inside of my mind
I showed you every little detail
But you still said you were blind

Things that made sense, have been lost
Records that were made, destroyed
Memories that were supposed to last
You forgot that which you enjoyed

I can't wait for you, like I always have
My true self is no longer residing
I've searched many hours, weeks, and years
Like myself has gone into hiding

So let's see what you've created
An empty void in someones sky
He no longer had the will to live
He will never again see with those eyes

    This poem rocks. you have a lot of poems on your profile. i think they would be good enough to write a book and publish it! There was a lot of feeling in this peice of work. so deep in emotion. Great Job

    Wow honestly i apologize 'coz judge your poem. i thought it was just an ordinary poem that i've read a couple of times but i was wrong 'coz this poem caught me speechless. i know it was simple but its simplicity completely touched my heart for the content and the emotions reminds me of myself... great work!!

    This poem is cool, i like the way you wrote it, it was orginal and the way worded it makes it that even more cooler
    my fav 2 lines would be "I waited like a rock
    You stood there like stone" it shows how much you really care about this person and would do anything for them
