I'm tired of entertaining you,
So do spare my eyes now.

Brilliant opening filled with sadness and inspiration because you want to let go of the tears and the pain. I love the image of entertaining your tears.

Do not get encouraged by
my grief and broken heart,
With smiles and laughs only
I would welcome you open arms.

I like this because though you have been through grief and broken heart(S) you want to be that happy go person you know ou can be and don't we all? Very relatable. I like the imagery of you opening your arms open to let in happiness - smiles and laughs.

For which my eyes since long has starved.

Beautiful ending and so optimistic that through the pain you want to feel happiness again because your eyes keep crying and have since been starved of everything but pain.
