I didn't know where it was going,
or how hard it was going to be.
I had the key right to your heart,
and bought all the pain on me.

I took you for granted,
I had you right in my hand.
I wish i could change the past
but its so hard you don't understand.

To wake up and know i hurt you
and put you through so much pain,
hurts me more and more
