I went home that night

I woke you up

But you reassured me..

I told you I waited
You said you were sick.

But you refused..

I begged you to go
You finally consented.
I gave you a hug
You asked "Will you miss me?"

I nodded my head
You knew I wasn't lying.
I closed the door
And you knew it was over.
