Uncertain and uneasy
I don't quite understand
Where this feeling is from
Distraught so I am

I can sense the connection
Pulsating through my heart
But the mystery is curious
How am I to start

You caress my skin
And say I'm only yours
I'm confused by your words
And I still desire more

Knowing you crave me
Yet there's a hint of doubt
That I'm not everything you want
That my luck might run out

Am I merely your lover?
Or is my worth greater?
