Small child; ever wild

by HollywoodSmile   Dec 16, 2007

She doesnt want to go
to leave her only home
doesnt want to retreat to that place
to fear that same face
doesnt want to be
mommy's little tradgedy
begging to get out
imploring herself not to doubt
that one day she'll be free
able to once again see
with clarity reborn
and without her heart still torn
she never was enough
always pretending to be tough
hiding her frustration
hating herself into damnation
as blood spills from her veins
mommy says she is insane
but daughter dear wont listen
the beautiful blood's glisten
pulls her in
into a world of hate and sin
mommy sweet
youve met defeat
youre little girl
a child no more
will spread her wings and fly
under the dark night's sky
freedom will be mine
i will escape after all that time
and you my torturess
will realize, that your ignorance was bliss
