Except Language

by abracadabra   Dec 17, 2007

If winds could know,
they would know it.
Trees would too,
they show it moment

by moment
as the world. They could
know nothing else surely,
just like stars, and dirt,
and time, like
any other thing unbound

to the fancy freedom
of a noisy mind.
Perhaps even this body,
that lives within it, would know if
it could not write this.

Hmm, well you got me thinking, but I have no idea about what. Most of your poems make me think, but I have no idea what about.
Way to make me feel like an airhead.
