Depression Waits

by Andrea Raquel   Dec 18, 2007

Depression waits
A lion on the hunt
The thirst for blood
A need and primal lust.

A few sharp pains
And all you need is there
Taunting and gloating
Over your disgrace

A killer in itself
A dark and deadly
Force of sorrow
Caustic in its strength

Depression waits
To stop a beating heart
To lay its hands upon
One more Straight Razor
