A Day In The Life Of A Good Guy

by jamie f   Dec 20, 2007

You smile you laugh and you help out
Everyone but yourself
Till you realise you can take no more pain,
It's messing your head and your health

All problems intertwined with each other,
There's one thing this situation needs
To fix this mess once and for all times,
Just a friend; from whom to take heed.

One deadly shark now swims around
In a pool once more frequently known
As a brain once full of tranquillity,
Days before, when I didn't feel alone

Razor sharp gnashers tear at the memories;
Previously blissfully free,
But the claret and sinew can all be cleared up
So what then will become of me?
