This is so intense... Powerful write from the beginning to the end, filled with deep emotions. I could actually feel some parts of the poem. Effective piece, filled with overwhelming sorrow. The imagery that you portrayed is fantastic, truly realistic and eery.
I noticed two small mistakes:
-You should capitalize I in some stanzas
- In this line:
the tears fall down and hit my cuts on my legs.
^
You repeated "my" so it ruined the flow a bit. I think it would sound better like this:
"the tears fall down and hit THE cuts on my legs"
All in all, very powerful!

A very deep and sad poem, but I really enjoyed reading it. I agre with NyellMoonlight that you should change that one stanza. But it was excellent! =]

What a dramatic sad poem.. it gives off such a strong aura and the images were just so strong.. makes one think to them self.. tears are never a good thing.. along with the red color stream.. it's a really sad poem indeed..
